Paradise Found is a waterfront restaurant and bar that promises to offer guests a superb dining experience with panoramic views of the Marco River and Goodland Bay. The restaurant is housed in the oldest building in Marco Island which was built in 1869. True to its original purpose, the restaurant remains a landmark waterfront restaurant and bar. Lunch and dinner is served daily from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. except for Tuesday and reservations are not required.
As one would expect eating so close to the water, the
Paradise Found menu offers entrees that are focused on seafood. Entree choices include just Coconut Shrimp, a Caribbean Seafood Platter, and a six-ounce Filet Mignon.
Sandwich choices are more plentiful with seafood, fish, burgers, and chicken sandwiches. The restaurant offers an included salad bar with all meals. Multiple reviews on TripAdvisor and Yelp highlight the fresh bread which is also available for sale if asked.
Guests can also enjoy a drink at the outdoor bar or order an alcoholic drink with their meal. There’s always a happy hour special, so come out early.
Live music is a little too rare in the Marco Island area. Paradise found delivers, though. Live entertainment is offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Model mermaids can be found during seasonal weekends. Eat dinner and be entertained by a minstrel, just like the Sun King does.
Believe it or not, the Sun King actually has never been to Paradise Found. He thinks it sounds awesome, though. Eating fresh fish by the waterfront is one of the reasons we all come here, right? Stay tuned for the Sun King’s review of this cool looking restaurant.
