Hoot's

Marco Island's Diner

Local’s Breakfast and Lunch

Hoot’s serves guests breakfast and lunch seven days a week all year long from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Dinner service is limited to the tourist season and is offered weekdays from 4:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Hoot’s restaurant promises to serve their Marco Island guests generous portions of food in a homey environment where regulars are greeted by name. Highlights from the breakfast menu include combination plates meant to satisfy large appetites. Guests with less of an appetite have many selections, such as a short stack of pancakes or two pieces of french toast instead of the standard three.

Hoot’s Menu

The menu offers vegetarians many choices, including a skillet loaded with veggies and cheeses. Health-conscious guests have a few options, including oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins or a fresh bowl of fruit.

Lunch options include house-made specialties like macaroni and cheese that is made with a secret blend of three cheeses. Classic American food dominates the rest of the menu, including a burger station, panini sandwiches, and salads. Guests on a budget can take advantage of a rotating daily special.

A kids menu includes half-portions of multiple kid-friendly items and comes with a free small drink or milk for $1 extra.

Location

Hoot’s is located at 563 E Elkcam Circle, across from the Marco Island Post Office. A second Hoot’s location is located in Naples, Florida. It’s in the same shopping center with Lowe’s and Staples.

The Sun King’s Review of Hoot’s

The Sun King loves Hoot’s. Locals know this place for their good food and reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is very consistently excellent. The Sun King usually has their breakfast burrito or pancakes for breakfast. At lunchtime, his highness goes for a BLT. The Sun Queen seems to get an omelette regardless of the time of day.

The Sun King recommends you try Hoot’s at least once on your
vacation. They do carryout too. Surprise the crew back at your rental house with lunch for everybody.
